Built by an operator.For operators.
It started with one power washing owner, one spreadsheet too many, and a question nobody had a good answer to: why does none of this software understand how I price a house?

It started the way most things in this industry do, on a job site. I was running a residential power washing operation and quoting every job out of a patchwork of spreadsheets, Word docs, and math done in my head in a driveway. A single estimate took 30 to 45 minutes to put together. I was spending more time at a desk than behind the wand, and I knew I was not the only one.
So I went looking for software. CRMs, invoicing apps, general estimating tools. None of them understood how residential pressure washing pricing actually works. They had no concept of surfaces, soil conditions, or square footage priced by siding type, no multi-story adjustment, and no idea why painted brick costs more to wash than vinyl. I was fighting the software instead of using it.
The residential estimator came first. Type an address, let the property data pull itself, set your rates once in the admin portal, and send a branded estimate before you leave the driveway. Your pricing logic, applied the same way every single time, whether you are the one quoting or the rep you hired last month.
Then the requests started. Can you do holiday lights. What about commercial. We wash fleets too. Each one got the same treatment: built around how that specific work is actually priced and sold, not bolted onto a generic line item form.
The bigger shift came after that. Operators kept saying the same thing in different words. The quote is not the problem. The problem is the lead nobody called back, the estimate nobody followed up on, the invoice riding around in a truck door, the crew nobody could reach. So the estimator grew a CRM, a dispatch board, a shared inbox, an invoicing ledger, an automation engine, a reporting hub, an AI suite, and a mobile app the crew actually carries.
What started as an estimating tool is now the system a power washing company runs on. The mission has not moved: give operators software that thinks the way they think, prices the way they price, and then gets out of the way so they can go do the work.
What we stand for
Built different on purpose
Purpose built
Every default came out of running the work. The margin thresholds, the Red Line floors, the disposition a rep has to fill in before a quote saves. None of it was designed by somebody who has never held a wand.
Speed first
Most house wash estimates go out in under a minute. Every extra click between an address and a sent proposal is a job somebody else books first.
Operator owned
Built and run by people in the trade, not a software company that picked exterior cleaning off a list of verticals. Customer requests drive what gets built next.
Honest about what ships
Live features are called live and beta features are called beta. The changelog is public and every production change lands in it.
Give every power washing operator the same tools a fifty million dollar company takes for granted, and price it so a two truck shop can afford it.
